Bathroom renovation can and should be a work of art.  For this you need to contact a Remodeling Contractor that has Design/Build capabilities.  The days of multiple bids for projects are long gone.  The Design/Build approach ensures you a wonderful project design and the most bang for your buck!

For true luxury nothing beats a sauna room or a free standing pedestal air bath tub. Always up grade your steam generator so you don’t have to wait for the steam!

Some trends we are seeing is increasing the size of the water closet and adding a bidet.  Also larger barrier free doorless showers with multiple heads having sound and LED lighting including body sprays and hand helds.

Linen towers between vanity sinks provide very useful storage and reduce the need for medicine cabinets.  Design your seated make up area with electrical outlets above and below for all your appliances.  Wall mounted faucets and vessel sinks can greatly enhance your bathroom look.

Don’t keep your accent tiles horizontal; mix it up, vertical lines work well with many designs.  The rectified porcelain tiles offer a great selection in color and style and are virtually grout free.

Never overlook the lighting.  Install LED can lights on a dimmer for overall illumination and decorative sconces at the vanity areas.

In your search for a Remodeling Contractor look for one that is Design/Build and you will have a wonderful remodeling experience.
